Borut Zoran s.p. informs website visitors and potential and existing customers with consumer status (first paragraph of Article 4 of the Slovenian Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, ZIsRPS), in accordance with the third paragraph of Article 32 of the ZIsRPS, that it does not recognize any out-of-court dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute. Any disputes that the parties fail to resolve amicably shall be resolved before the competent court.
